How to activate OTP in Ragnarok Online?

• Step 1: Access your GNJoy account and start the OTP setup.

1 - Go to our official website: ro.gnjoylatam.com
2 - Click on “Login” in the upper right corner of the screen.

3 - Enter your email and password to log in to your account as usual.

4 - Once logged in, click the circle with the little person icon in the upper right corner of the screen. This will take you to the "User Information" screen.

5 - After logging in, locate the "OTP Connection" option in the left-hand menu. Click on this option to go to the OTP setup screen via the "OTP Service Request" button.

• Step 2: Install and link your account to Google Authenticator

1 - On the OTP setup screen on the GNJoy website, click on “OTP Service Request.”
2 - You will need email code confirmation before proceeding! Once you have the code, just continue.
3 - Here you will find links to download Google Authenticator to your mobile device. If your device is Android, download it from the Google Play Store. If it's iOS, download it from the Apple Store. From the app download links, a QR Code and a secret key will be displayed.
3 - Open the Google Authenticator app on your phone.
4 - Tap the “+” icon to add a new account. This “+” can be either at the top or bottom corner of the screen.

5 - You will have the options “Scan a QR code” or “Enter a setup key”:

• If you choose to scan, point your phone's camera at the QR Code displayed on the site.
• If you choose to enter the key, type in the account name (e.g., "Ragnarok LATAM") and the provided secret key. After adding the account in Google Authenticator, the app will start generating 6-digit codes that refresh every 30 seconds. With the code in hand, simply enter and confirm it to complete the activation.

With OTP activated, every time you log into Ragnarok Online LATAM, after entering your email and password, you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code generated by Google Authenticator. This adds an extra layer of security to your account, protecting your items, characters, and in-game progress.
