How to recover your Gnjoy password

If you forgot your Gnjoy password or wish to change it for any reason, the process is simple and can be done directly on our website.

Step-by-step to change your password

1. Access our Login Page on the official website.
2. Click on the Change Password option.
3. On the new screen, type your registered Gnjoy email and click Send Verification.
   • Note: For security reasons, pasting your email into the field is disabled. You will need to type the email address manually.
     
     
4. After clicking the button, a new field will appear on the screen. Enter the Verification Code sent to your email (keep in mind the code expires within 10 minutes).
5. After validating the received code, you will be able to create your new password.

Requirements for creating your new password

For your new password to be accepted by the system, it must meet all of the following requirements combined:

• Be between 8 and 16 characters long
• Include uppercase and lowercase letters
• Include at least one number
• Include at least one special character

Security verification (Cloudflare Turnstile / CAPTCHA)

During the process, you will encounter a Cloudflare checkbox. This verification (known as CAPTCHA or Turnstile) confirms that access is being requested by a real person, protecting the system against automated bots.

• Pay close attention when clicking: Check the Cloudflare box calmly. If processing takes a moment after clicking, wait for the validation to finish before proceeding. Moving forward before confirmation can cause the page to block the request and interrupt the password reset process.
  
  

Issues with special characters: If your chosen password is not accepted at first, try creating a new one with a different special character.

Unified access: Once completed, your account will have a new active password. This single password will be used to access both our website and the game.
