General FAQ on Pre-Registration

We know that the anticipation for this new journey is high, and we are here to clarify any questions you may have about how to participate in the pre-registration and make the most of this experience. 

How will the pre-registration work? 

The pre-registration will take place from March 17, 2025, to May 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM BRT (UTC -3), exclusively on the official Ragnarok Online LATAM website. To participate, you must simply create a GnJoy account and register with a valid email on the website. Those who pre-register will be able to join exclusive events and earn special rewards! 

Pre-registration is completely free and only requires a valid email and a GnJoy account. Please note that each GnJoy account can only register one Ragnarok Online account. Once the pre-registration is completed, a confirmation will be sent to the registered email. 

What are the rewards for pre-registering? 

The rewards obtained through pre-registration are non-transferable and will be delivered to the first character of the registered account that logs into the game after the launch. If the reward redemption period is missed, reward tickets can be exchanged until July 28, 2025. After this date, all remaining tickets will be permanently deleted.

What will I get by pre-registering? 

Those who pre-register will receive exclusive items for new players, a beginner’s supply pack, and other special surprises that will be announced on the official website! Additionally, pre-registrants will have early access to events such as the name reservation and the friend referral event.

The main difference between registering now or later is that some rewards and exclusive events will only be available to those who pre-register. This is a great opportunity to start your adventure with special advantages. 

What events will take place during the pre-registration period? 

During the pre-registration period, several events will be available, such as: Invite adventures, Socials Follower Event, Log-in and Win Event, Character Reservation, Veterans of Midgard and Pre-Registration Event.
