What happened with the Refinement Roulette Event?
The process of removing improperly granted Refinement Roulette Chances has been successfully completed. The event page has now been reopened and is functioning normally.
Were the improperly obtained items removed?
Yes. Although only a small percentage of accounts used invalid chances before the event was temporarily closed, items obtained from those spins have been removed from most of the affected accounts.
Will there be any compensation?
Yes! The following compensation has been prepared:
1 Refinement Roulette Chance for all adventurers who registered a Ragnarok Online LATAM account before June 12.
5 additional Refinement Roulette Chances for adventurers who consumed at least 10,000 JoyCoins between May 28 and June 12.
Important Notes:
No JoyCoin consumption is required to receive the first reward (1 Chance).
Players eligible for reward #2 will also receive reward #1, for a total of 6 Refinement Roulette Chances.
Players who used improperly granted chances and consumed 1 or more items obtained from those spins will not receive compensation.
