How does the Launch Roulette Event work?

The Launch Roulette Event is one of the special celebrations prepared for the official debut of Ragnarok Online LATAM. During the event period, players can spin an exclusive roulette and receive various free items in the game.

Event Period

• From May 28, 2025 at 12:00 BRT (15:00 UTC) to June 11, 2025 at 23:59 BRT (02:59 UTC next day)

Who can participate?

All players who log into the website during the event period are eligible to participate, regardless of any purchase amount.

How does the roulette work?

1. Log in to the game during the event period.

2. Access the special roulette event interface.

3. The roulette can be spun based on the chances accumulated per account.

4. Spins are only tabulated the day after - a new day begins at 00:00 BRT (03:00 UTC).

5. Rewards are automatically tabulated and delivered to your in-game mailbox (Rodex) the day after the spin, starting at 03:00 BRT (06:00 UTC) - there might be a small delay.

How to earn chances to spin the roulette?

• 1 chance for every 10,000 JP/JC consumed during the event period.

• 1 additional chance for every 5 days of attendance (daily login). -

  Maximum of 3 chances per account during the entire event.

What items can I get?

The roulette includes a variety of useful items for your journey:

• Special potions

• Equipment

• Commemorative Visual Items

• Other random rewards

Note: Prizes are random and different each spin. It is not possible to choose the desired item.
Rewards are sent the day after the spin, starting at 03:00 BRT (06:00 UTC).

Additional Information

• Spins are accumulated: the number of chances is based on your consumption and login activity during the event period.

• Items may have usage limitations or be non-tradable.

• The tracking of JoyCoin/JoyPoint usage and attendance days occurs once per day:

  • JC/JP spent on May 28 will count towards spins on May 29.

  • JC/JP spent on June 12 will not count toward the event – even though the roulette will still be accessible that day.

• Only JoyCoins/JoyPoints used in-game to purchase cash items will be counted.

• JoyCoin top-ups are not considered – only actual usage inside the game counts.
