What will happen to my account on the bRO server?


Accounts on the bRO server will remain available for gameplay and access as they currently do. These accounts associated with the Brazil Ragnarok Online server will not be transferred to the new LATAM server. All progress, characters, and items from these accounts will remain on the Brazilian server and will not be migrated.


Can I transfer my characters or items to the new server?


It will not be possible to transfer accounts, characters, items, Zeny, ROPs, or any progress from the bRO server to the new Latin American server.


Can I redeem purchases or credits acquired on bRO and use them on RO LATAM?


It will not be possible to redeem/transfer unused purchases or credits from bRO to RO LATAM. These are separate servers and operations with different infrastructures and administration, making the transfer of financial data or progress unfeasible.


Relaunch Information: 


The pre-registration is scheduled to close on May 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM BRT (UTC -3). T e server will be dedicated to the LATAM region, providing an optimized experience for our community. The game will be available for PC, and to access it, you will need to download the official client through the official website



Will my Open Beta Test progress be kept after the official launch? 


Regarding the OBT (Open Beta Test) progress, there will be a full reset (wipe) before the official launch.

Will the game be free-to-play or have an initial cost? 


Ragnarok Online LATAM will be free-to-play, allowing everyone to venture without any initial cost. Inside the game, there will be a store with cosmetic and utility items. Additionally, VIP packages and seasonal rewards will be offered, with more details to be revealed soon.
