There are several possible reasons. Some of them include:
- You have already claimed the respective reward.
- The OTP Connection process may not have been completed correctly. You need to check if, in the "OTP Connection" section of your account menu, the following message appears:
"The OTP service is being used to enhance game security." - You may have removed the OTP before receiving the reward.
Remember: the reward is only sent in the first week of the month following your OTP registration.
