How do I change my account password?

If you still remember your current password, follow these steps:

1. Go to the official GNJOY LATAM website.

2. Log in with your usual email and password.

3. Head over to the User Information tab.

4. Click on the Change button next to Password.
5. A 6-digit code will be sent to the same email registered for that account.

6. Enter the code and complete the verification.

7. Now just choose and confirm your new password!

If you’ve forgotten your password, no stress — you can fix it on the same page. Just click on “Change Password” from the login screen and follow the recovery instructions.
