Need to change the email linked to your account? We’re here to help! This process is handled directly through our Support Ticket system. Just a heads-up: you’ll need to have at least one photo ID ready! Depending on your situation, we may also ask for additional information, ok?
Find the scenario that best matches your case and follow the instructions:
1. I can access my account, but lost access to the registered email.
No worries! Open a ticket explaining your situation. Make sure to use your account email so we can reply and stay in touch.
Besides your photo ID (RG or driver’s license), prepare additional information like proof of JoyCoin purchases.
The more verified details you provide in the ticket, the faster we can assist you.
2. I can’t access either the account or the email.
In this case, it’s still possible to recover it, but we’ll need more detailed data to confirm you’re the account owner. Fill out the ticket with as much information as you have, such as personal data used when the account was created (full name, phone number, approximate account creation date), as well as your character data (nicknames, level, classes of characters created on the account), so we can speed up the process and try to solve your problem as quickly as possible.
3. I have access to both the account and the email.
Perfect! This is the smoothest scenario. Open a ticket requesting the email change with a photo ID (RG or driver's license), and we’ll reply quickly to get it done for you!
4. None of the above?
That’s fine too! Just explain the issue in the ticket, and we’ll review and guide you according to your specific case.
Quick Tip:
Information is never too much! It’s very helpful if you have as much account information as possible (such as Full Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Nickname; Nicknames, levels, and classes of characters created on the account; JoyCoin purchase receipts; Approximate account creation date). That way we can assist and help you more quickly!
