What Is the @Key Password and How to Enter It Correctly?

1. What is the @Key Password?

• The @Key Password is a one-time password (OTP) composed of 6 digits.
• It is generated by an authenticator app installed on your mobile device, such as Google Authenticator.
• This password changes automatically every 30 seconds, providing an extra layer of security for your account.

2. How to enter it correctly?

• At the time of login, open the authenticator app on your phone.
• Look for the entry named auth-api.gnjoylatam.com in the list.

• Enter the 6-digit numerical code displayed in the app into the requested field on the login screen (no spaces).

• After entering it correctly, you will see the server selection screen to complete your login.
