How to submit suggestions for Ragnarok Zero: Americas

We are thrilled to know that you want to contribute ideas to strengthen Ragnarok Zero: Americas! Suggestions from our community are essential for planning new content and game improvements.

To help us present your idea in the best possible way to our development team and feasibility analysts, we have prepared a simple template. The more details and references you send us in your ticket, the more precise and thorough our internal review will be!

What to include in your suggestion template?

When opening a Ticket in our Support Center, please try to fill out the following information:

• Name / Type of suggestion: Indicate whether it is brand-new content, a change to an existing system/item, or an event idea.
• 1. Idea summary: Briefly explain your proposal (e.g., create an endgame instance, adjust rewards for item X, rebalance a specific class).
• 2. Goal and benefit to the server: Why is this change important? How does it improve the player experience or address a current issue in the game?
• 3. External references and examples: Does this mechanics or content already exist in another official Gravity server? If so, which one? Do you have links, guides, videos, or screenshots showing how the system works?
• 4. Details and proposed adjustments: What mechanics, items, monsters, cosmetics, or rewards are involved? If adapting from another server, do you suggest any changes to drop rates, economy, or requirements to better fit the reality of Ragnarok Zero: Americas?
• 5. Target audience: Who is this change aimed at? (new players, casual players, PvM/Instance-focused, PvP/WoE, Guilds, etc.).

Please note that not every suggested idea can be implemented directly into the game. Our team will always evaluate the technical feasibility and localization impact of each suggestion, carefully assessing its effect on the whole community.
