When Will I Receive My Pre-Charge Rewards?

Did you top up and secure your reward tiers? Great choice! Now it’s just a matter of waiting for the delivery. 


Reward Delivery Date

 All rewards from the Pre-Charge Event will be delivered during the maintenance on June 4, 2025.

Once maintenance is complete, the items will be automatically sent to your account — no manual claiming required.


What do I need to do to receive them?

Nothing, as long as you have:

  • Made top-ups during the official event period
     From May 24, 2025 at 12:00 BRT to May 26, 2025 at 23:59 BRT

  • Reached one or more reward tiers

  • Logged into the same account at the time of reward delivery


Important reminders:

  • Rewards are cumulative — you’ll receive all the tiers you reached

  • Top-up amounts will not be revised after the event, so check if you reached the required value before it ended

  • Visual items are tradeable, so feel free to equip, store, or trade them


  Still haven’t received anything after maintenance?

If maintenance has ended and the items are still missing from your account:

  1. Check if the top-up was made during the correct time frame

  2. Confirm you’re logging into the account used during the event

  3. If everything checks out, contact our support team with:

    • Screenshot of the top-up receipt

    • Account name

    • Date and time of the transaction
