- Password recovery emails you didn’t request
- Login attempts at unusual times or from unfamiliar locations
- Activities or penalties on your account that you don’t recognize
Immediate steps you should take
- Change your password immediately
Use a strong, unique password. - Enable or review your OTP (One-Time Password) system
If you haven’t enabled OTP yet, now is the best time.
It adds an extra layer of security to your login attempts. - Check for suspicious emails
Ignore links or attachments from unknown senders.
GRAVITY will never ask for your password or sensitive information via email.
