Error 500 [9101] – OTP Verification Issue

Modified on Wed, 25 Jun at 6:40 PM

Why am I receiving Error 500 [9101] when trying to log in?

This error may occur under the following circumstances:

  1. The OTP (One-Time Password) verification code was not entered.

  2. A non-numeric character was entered in the verification code field.

  3. The entered OTP verification code is incorrect.

Important:
Ensure that you register your OTP using the exact same email address used during login.

Example:
priestsmith@xxxx.com and PRIESTSMITH@xxxx.com
While Gnjoy may recognize these as the same for login purposes, the OTP system treats them as different and may issue separate codes for each.

To avoid this error:

  • Always enter the correct numeric OTP code.

  • Do not use letters or special characters.

  • Log in to GnJouyusing the exact same email address (case-sensitive) that was used to register the OTP.

If the issue persists, please recheck your OTP settings and ensure consistency in your login credentials.
